The Brethren of The Lodge of United Good Fellowship 809 were delighted to welcome the Provincial Grand Master and visiting members of the Cambridgeshire Light Blues to a Double Initiation Ceremony on 13th April, the Lodge’s Third Double Initiation Ceremony this season.
All of the Entered Apprentices, including those from 809 and one Visitor from Lincolnshire, were seated at the Eastern end of the Lodge, joined the Retirement Procession and were then grouped around the PGM at the Festive Board. RW Bro Bill went out of his way to engage them in conversation and provide them with context for a number of items they had witnessed thereby ensuring they had an entertaining and educational evening.
We are indebted to the PGM for giving his time and support to the CLBs – he generously fitted us into his already tight schedule of events before the Consecration the following day at Wisbech St Mary.
